Plumber Supervisor


A well-established plumbing company in Riyadh is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber Supervisor to join our team. Our company specializes in providing plumbing services for both residential and commercial properties, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to lead our team of plumbers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plumbing team
- Assign tasks and supervise the work of plumbers
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and to a high standard
- Train new plumbers and provide guidance to existing employees
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide solutions
- Maintain inventory of necessary equipment and supplies
- Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1700$ per month
