Office Administrator - Indian/Egyptian Women Preferred
We are a fast-paced and growing office in Medina seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. As an Indian/Egyptian woman, you will bring your unique cultural background and language skills to help support our diverse team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including coordinating meetings and appointments, ordering supplies, and handling general administrative tasks. You will also assist with basic accounting duties such as invoicing and expense tracking.
As a key member of our team, you must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and colleagues at all levels. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and completing tasks with precision.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. We offer a supportive work environment where employees are encouraged to learn and grow. While we do not require previous experience for this role, we do prefer candidates with some administrative or office experience.
As an Indian/Egyptian woman living in Medina, you understand the local culture and can easily navigate the city. Our company does not provide accommodation but can assist with finding suitable housing if needed.
