Florist Specialist



We are searching for a skilled and experienced Florist Specialist to join our team in Isa Town. As a Florist Specialist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating various floral arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, and wreaths
- Selecting the appropriate flowers, plants, and other materials for each arrangement
- Maintaining the quality and freshness of all floral products
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Properly packaging and delivering arrangements to customers or event venues
- Keeping work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Ability to create unique designs based on customer preferences or event themes
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Must be male with a valid work visa or residency in Bahrain
