Sales Manager - Muscat, Oman
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving the sales strategy and growth for our company. This is a contract position suitable for men with their own visa.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team to ensure targets are met
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to support overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry or market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the region
- Fluency in English is required
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ along with additional benefits such as commission on sales performance.
