Welder - Urgent Contract Position in Al-Khor, Qatar


We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team for an urgent contract position in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications and blueprints. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine welding requirements
- Use various welding techniques to join metal components accurately and efficiently
- Operate welding equipment safely and maintain it in good working condition
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Conduct repairs on welded components as needed
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while performing welding tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Welder, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Good physical stamina and dexterity

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Khor, Qatar. Candidates who are already residing in Qatar with their own visa will be given preference.
