Handyman/ General Maintenance Technician


We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman/General Maintenance Technician to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general handyman duties such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and basic repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections and identify any issues or repairs needed
- Troubleshoot and repair various systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards
- Communicate effectively with tenants and property management to address any concerns or requests

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in general maintenance or handyman work
- Strong knowledge of basic repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve various maintenance issues
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and property management
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and bending/crouching for extended periods of time
- Must have a valid driver's license
