A renowned bakery in Dubai is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes. You will also be responsible for maintaining the high quality and standards of our bakery products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper cooking times and temperatures
- Decorate and garnish baked goods as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the baking area
- Train new bakers on company recipes and techniques
- Collaborate with other bakery staff to develop new products

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with additional benefits such as free visa, ticket, and accommodation.
