Merchandiser

Our rapidly growing retail company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are properly displayed and promoted in retail stores. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to showcase our products in retail stores
- Regularly visit assigned stores to replenish inventory and ensure proper product placement
- Collaborate with store employees to identify opportunities for improving product visibility and sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct market research to stay informed of current trends and competitors' merchandising strategies
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective promotions and marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of all merchandise movements and sales data

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of current market trends and competition
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
