Land surveyor vacancy in Al Ahmadi Kuwait

Land Surveyor

We are a rapidly growing construction company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Ahmadi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, creating maps and reports, and providing accurate data for construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones
- Determine property boundaries, locations of natural features, and other topographic information
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate data for project planning
- Ensure all survey work is completed accurately and within project timelines
- Maintain survey equipment and tools in good working condition
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using computer programs such as AutoCAD or GIS software
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license
