Indian Restaurant Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are a well-established restaurant in Abu Dhabi seeking an experienced and dynamic Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality food and service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling shifts, supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain proper stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members to recognize top performers and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
