Nurse Supervisor

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask and communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and provide necessary interventions
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff regarding patient care
- Participate in staff meetings to discuss updates, issues, and improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Current nursing license in Jeddah (for non-Saudi nationals, valid work visa)
