We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team in Medina. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques and processes to fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment according to blueprints and specifications. You must have extensive knowledge of different types of welding methods, including MIG, TIG, and ARC, as well as proficiency in reading technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints and specifications to determine the layout and materials needed
- Set up welding equipment according to the requirements of the job
- Use various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC to join metal parts
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance and make necessary repairs
- Operate cutting torches, grinders, and other tools to prepare metal surfaces for welding
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working with hot metals and tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safe working conditions
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role in a manufacturing or construction setting
- Extensive knowledge of different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC
- Ability to read technical drawings and sketches accurately
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Physical dexterity to work with hands in a variety of positions for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality control
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in welding from an accredited institution is preferred

Salary:
$900 per month
