Construction Manager - Isa Town, Bahrain


A reputable construction company in Isa Town, Bahrain is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects from start to finish, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to keep everyone informed of project progress
- Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and make adjustments as needed
- Provide guidance and leadership to construction teams to ensure efficient and effective work processes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to achieve results
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with construction software programs
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
