Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods from one location to another in a timely and efficient manner. This is a contract job in Abu-Dhabi, open to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive trucks to transport goods over long distances
- Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Inspect trucks before and after trips to ensure safety and report any defects or malfunctions
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Communicate with dispatchers and other drivers using two-way radios, cell phones or other communication devices
- Maintain logs of working hours, vehicle inspections, fuel purchases, and mileage
- Load and unload cargo using safe lifting techniques
- Record cargo information, distance travelled, fuel consumption and any incidents encountered during the trip
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and reporting any mechanical issues

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- Clean driving record with no traffic violations
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

-Familiarity with GPS devices and electronic logging systems
-Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1200$ per month
