Sales Manager for Indian Market in Al-Kuwait
As a Sales Manager for the Indian market in Al-Kuwait, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase our company's revenue in this specific market. Your main goal will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing Indian clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for the Indian market in Al-Kuwait
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Indian clients, as well as identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitable deals for both parties
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure the best solutions are provided to clients
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
- Excellent knowledge of the Indian market trends, culture, and business practices
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
