Office Assistant
We are currently hiring for the position of Office Assistant to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Organize and schedule appointments for staff members
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration would be a plus
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1100$ per month
