Seeking an experienced Indian chef for a restaurant in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Indian cuisine and be able to prepare a variety of dishes from different regions of India. Must have knowledge of traditional ingredients and cooking techniques, and be able to create unique and flavorful dishes. Responsibilities include managing the kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and managing inventory and cost control. Candidate must be fluent in English and have knowledge of Halal food regulations. Salary is 1400$ per month with accommodation provided. Candidates with prior experience in the Middle East will be given preference.
