We are in search of a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively to attract and retain customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and promote brand awareness
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Plan product displays and arrange merchandise in an appealing manner to attract customers
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new opportunities for product placement
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products
- Train store staff on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques
- Analyze sales data to evaluate the success of merchandising strategies and make necessary adjustments
- Stay updated on competitors' products, pricing, and promotions to identify potential opportunities or threats

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, including product placement and display design
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with market trends and customer preferences in the retail industry
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
