Waiter/Waitress (English Speaking)



We are searching for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take food and drink orders, and serve them in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are set up properly with appropriate utensils, clean linens, and condiments
- Make menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Handle payments and process them accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Upsell additional items when appropriate

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
