Loader Operator

A construction company in Medina is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to move and load materials at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders and other heavy equipment, as well as knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery, including loaders, at construction sites
- Load and move materials such as dirt, gravel, and debris
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient work flow
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to operate loaders and other heavy equipment efficiently
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong communication skills for working in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
