Experienced Baker (Pakistani/Egyptian) in Sharjah


We are seeking an experienced Baker from either Pakistan or Egypt to join our team in Sharjah. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. This position requires someone with prior experience in a bakery or pastry shop, who is able to work efficiently and produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough and batters according to recipes
- Bake a variety of goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes and pastries as needed
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet company standards
- Monitor baking times and temperatures
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a bakery or pastry shop
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality products consistently
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or containers as needed

Preferred:
- Experience working in a bakery or pastry shop in Sharjah or the UAE
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Pakistani or Egyptian nationality preferred but not required
