Job Title: Construction Project Manager - Al-Khor, Qatar


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and strategies in collaboration with the client and project team
- Monitor project progress and ensure that it is completed within the specified timeframe
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for each project
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on site
- Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with Indian nationals preferred
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for employment in Qatar
