As a Dishwasher in our busy kitchen, your main responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the dishwashing area. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, as clean dishes and utensils are essential for food safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
- Hand-wash delicate items that cannot be washed by machine
- Sort and stack clean dishes for serving staff to use
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area by wiping down counters, washing floors, and emptying trash regularly
- Assist with stocking supplies such as soap and paper towels
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure food safety standards are met
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food preparation
- Help with other tasks as needed such as bussing tables and cleaning spills

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience working as a dishwasher is a plus but not required
- Ability to understand basic English instructions and communicate effectively with team members
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure

Compensation:
