Barista


A Barista is a skilled and experienced coffee maker who specializes in creating and serving various types of espresso-based drinks. They are responsible for maintaining high-quality standards in the preparation and presentation of beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service. As a Barista, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, restocking supplies, and handling cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos
- Ensure consistent quality in all beverages by following standard recipes and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions about the menu or products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by regularly wiping down counters, machines, and equipment
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure efficient operation during busy periods
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods, drink recipes, and latte art techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Willingness to learn about new products or trends in the coffee industry
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

This position is located in Salalah.
