Executive Chef


As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operations of our 5-star hotel in Muscat. You will lead a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the highest quality of food and service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends
- Create new dishes and improve existing ones to constantly elevate the dining experience
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain cost efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or themed dinners
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Manage kitchen budget, including labor costs, food costs, and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques, recipes, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining traditional favorites
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution is preferred

Salary:
