Entry Level Excavator Operator

We are hiring an Entry Level Excavator Operator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade earth or other materials. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for construction and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator in a safe and efficient manner, following all safety regulations and company policies
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as checking oil levels and greasing parts
- Safely load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Excavate and grade earth or other materials according to project specifications
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations on site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid excavator operator license/certification preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
