Floral Designer in Nairobi, Kenya

We are hiring a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and events. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and use your expertise to create unique and stunning floral designs.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Florist
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
- Excellent design skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills to interact with clients
- Knowledge of floral design trends and techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their requirements and budget for floral arrangements
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements for different occasions using various techniques such as hand-tied bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, etc.
- Ordering flowers and materials needed for each project within the given budget
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Providing excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction with the final product
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and techniques by attending workshops or courses

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
