Restaurant Manager (Part-Time) - Nairobi, Kenya


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nairobi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and budgeting. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service to customers.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Create and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners.
- Keep track of sales performance and report regularly to upper management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Swahili is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
