A busy coffee shop in Nairobi is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and customer service, as well as previous experience working as a barista. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks according to customer requests
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the equipment and work area
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies when needed
- Train new staff members on preparing drinks and operating equipment

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a barista in a high-volume environment preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, with the potential for tips based on excellent performance.
