Sous Chef

Our established restaurant in Nairobi is seeking a highly skilled and creative Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a chef in a high-end restaurant, with a specialization in African cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and overseeing kitchen operations. They must possess excellent leadership skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary of 1100$ per month will be offered to the right candidate. Preference will be given to Kenyan nationals with strong knowledge of local ingredients and cooking techniques.
