Part-time Sales Manager

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Nairobi. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of our sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team
- Generate reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field

Salary: $1600 per month (pro-rated for part-time)

Location: Nairobi, Kenya (accommodation provided)
