Female Sales Manager



We are a successful company located in Nairobi, looking to hire a highly driven and dynamic Female Sales Manager to join our team. As the Female Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet our company's objectives. You will also be in charge of managing our sales team and ensuring they meet their targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify customer needs
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain existing ones
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
