Admin Assistant

We are a growing company based in Nairobi and we are seeking a proactive and efficient Admin Assistant to join our team. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the office. This includes managing daily office tasks, organizing files and documents, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling phone calls and emails, and assisting with other ad hoc tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred. Salary for this position is 1300$. Candidates with their own visa will be given preference.
