Part-Time CAD Draftsman in Nairobi, Kenya

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Draftsman to join our team on a part-time basis in Nairobi, Kenya. As a CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Use computer-aided design software to create technical drawings and plans
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of drawings
- Revise and update drawings as needed based on feedback from team members or clients
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain organized digital and physical files of all drawings
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project specifications and deadlines

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a CAD Draftsman in the construction or engineering industry
- Proficiency in using computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Solidworks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a part-time basis with potential for increased hours during peak periods
