Industrial Painter (Contract)


We are in need of an experienced and skilled Industrial Painter to work on a contract basis in our company based in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in industrial painting and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix paint and other materials to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paint using various methods such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Ensure proper coverage and finish quality
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations while working
- Maintain the cleanliness of painting tools and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to mix colors accurately
- Physical strength for standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on industrial projects such as warehouses or factories
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to painting chemicals and equipment

Salary: $1400/month
Location: Nairobi
Contract: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
