Factory Line Worker

A reputable factory in Nairobi is seeking a skilled and dedicated Factory Line Worker to join our team. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery on the production line, ensuring quality control standards are met, and meeting production targets. The ideal candidate will have previous factory or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery on the production line according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor machines for any malfunctions or issues and troubleshoot as necessary
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Meet daily production targets set by management
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically capable of standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Salary: $1700 per month with potential for growth within the company. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.
