We are a construction company based in Nairobi, Kenya and we are currently seeking a Puncher to join our team. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes in various materials such as metal, plastic, and wood using hand tools or machines.

Responsibilities:
- Operate punch presses and other equipment to punch holes in materials according to specified dimensions
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine punching requirements
- Inspect materials for defects before punching and make necessary adjustments to equipment
- Ensure proper placement of materials on the punching machine to avoid waste or errors
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed for optimal performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Puncher in the construction industry
- Proficient in reading blueprints and drawings
- Familiarity with different types of hand tools and machinery used for punching
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month, based on experience.

Accommodation:
This position does not come with accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Kenya.
