Entry-Level Slinger in Nairobi, Kenya


We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Slinger to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient movement of materials on construction sites. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks and moving them to designated areas on the construction site.
- Operate equipment such as cranes or forklifts to move heavy materials.
- Use hand signals to communicate with crane operators and ensure safe movement of materials.
- Inspect slings, ropes, and other lifting equipment for any damage or wear before use.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, training will be provided.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
- Must have good hand-eye coordination and strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Valid work permit for Kenya or ability to obtain one quickly.
- Must be able to work urgently if needed.
