Collector - Nairobi, Kenya


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collector to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing the collection of payments from delinquent accounts. This is a contract position suitable for men with prior experience in collections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding payments
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with clients
- Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities
- Investigating and resolving any billing discrepancies or issues
- Providing regular updates on collection progress to management
- Adhering to all legal and ethical standards in debt collection practices

Requirements:
- Prior experience in collections or a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya.
