Entry Level Collector in Nairobi, Kenya

As an Entry Level Collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. This is a contract position in Nairobi, Kenya with a salary of 1000$. You do not need prior experience in collections, but you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with customers. As this is a contract position, you will not receive accommodation or benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to remind them of outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with customers who are unable to pay in full
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment details
- Follow up on delinquent accounts to ensure timely payments
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve any issues or concerns regarding payment collection
- Adhere to all collection laws and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in English language (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
