Collector - Nairobi, Kenya



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collector to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting customers and collecting payments on overdue accounts. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone or email to follow up on overdue accounts
- Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with customers
- Update customer account information and maintain accurate records
- Monitor payment arrangements and follow up as needed
- Identify delinquent accounts and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure timely payments
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns regarding payments

Requirements:
- Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Fluency in English (Swahili is a plus)
- Must be eligible to work in Kenya without sponsorship
