Part-Time Barista in Nairobi

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Part-Time Barista to join our team in Nairobi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more.
- Ensure quality control by adhering to proper brewing techniques and measuring ingredients accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the preparation area, equipment, and dining area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and assisting with any inquiries or concerns.
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Salary: $1600/month

Location: Nairobi
