Accountant

We are a reputable company in Abu Dhabi seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. You should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a contract position without accommodation, so candidates must have a valid biometric passport and be able to start immediately. Knowledge of Malayalam language is preferred but not required. This is an urgent need, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accuracy of financial information
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is preferred but not required)
- Valid biometric passport for immediate start

Salary:
1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
