We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, promotions, and pricing strategies to increase sales and meet customer demand. You will work closely with sales teams and suppliers to ensure that products are displayed according to company standards and customer needs are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop effective merchandising strategies to promote products and increase sales
- Plan product displays and promotions based on customer demographics, market trends, and company goals
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and placing orders with suppliers when necessary
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and consumer preferences
- Ensure that product displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized in accordance with company standards
- Train store staff on proper display techniques and product knowledge
- Monitor sales performance of products and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and data
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Salary: 1700$
