Merchandiser (Jizan, Pakistan)



We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Jizan, Pakistan. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product promotions, ensuring proper stock levels, and maintaining excellent relationships with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product promotions and displays to attract customers
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competition
- Negotiate with vendors for favorable pricing and terms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective product placement in stores
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to make informed merchandising decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role highly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
