Entry-Level Merchandiser
Location: Muharraq, Bahrain


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As an Entry-Level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and promoting our products in retail stores. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement merchandising strategies that drive product sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain product displays in retail stores according to company standards.
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked, priced, and labeled.
- Develop relationships with store managers to ensure maximum visibility of our products.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising plans.
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and competitor strategies.
- Ensure that all visual materials, such as signage and promotional materials, are up-to-date and in line with company branding standards.
- Train store employees on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and sales trends.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in retail merchandising is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1200 per month.
