Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, staff management, and customer service
- Ensure that all food and beverage items meet our quality standards and are served in a timely manner
- Hire, train, and schedule staff members to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor expenses and maintain budgetary guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop relationships with regular customers to increase loyalty and repeat business

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proven experience in the food service industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory management and budgeting
- Knowledge of health codes and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred)
