Sales Manager - Al-Kuwait (Indian candidates preferred)
We are a fast-growing sales and marketing company based in Al-Kuwait, and we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in managing a team and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training as needed
- Build relationships with clients and negotiate deals to meet revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including forecasts and budgets
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to develop effective strategies for promoting products or services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, with proven success in meeting targets
- Experience managing a team is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Indian nationality preferred
This is a contract position with competitive salary ($1800/month) and commission-based incentives. Accommodation will not be provided.
