Job Title: Carpenter for Residential Construction - Al-Kuwait


We are a rapidly growing residential construction company in Al-Kuwait, seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Our ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Carpenter in the residential construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to determine materials needed
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific project needs
- Build and install structures such as window frames, staircases, doorframes, and cabinets
- Repair or replace damaged or rotted wood pieces
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets building codes and specifications
- Collaborate with other team members on projects
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow all safety protocols on job sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Carpenter in residential construction
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Strong knowledge of different types of wood materials
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Attention to detail
- Good physical strength and stamina
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
