Office Administrator - Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait
We are hiring an Office Administrator to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$. This job is open to Indian nationals who have their own visa and do not require accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Maintain records and files
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Keep track of office expenses
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
